Pumpkin sandwich! actually this is one for my first client of sandwich session. I just got an offer to deliver sandwich for their lunch picnic…

It’s my favorite Wednesday again! It’s very sunny day and the day of “my sandwich for my lovely friend”. Today’s sandwich is “honey mustard roast pork sandwich”.

Day off wednesday! And perfect sandwich day outside! Yay! This sandwich was for my favorite friend. I put name for this sandwich “Chickaniel Sandwich”

• special mayo sauce ( cassis mustard, dried thyme, mayo)

This is quite unique taste sandwich. Crunchy and bit sour and hot taste chicken… Unique combination. I love it.

I love shrimp! Today’s sandwich is shrimp!

I ate wonderful salad which my friend’s chef made me last night. It was really tasty and beautiful. He gave me a tip about leftover oil of tuna can. Today I tried make Tuna salad sandwich. I always thought lettuce should have fresh touch into the mouth… But his lettuce was marinaded and soft and very tasty. I stole his idea for this.
